A complete refurbishment including plastering, electrics, and plumbing. This installation includes light grey shaker cabinets, dark grey worktops, and coordinating light grey wall tiles. A breakfast bar was added for additional seating and storage. Finished with black appliances, Maximus collection flooring, and a new contemporary radiator, this kitchen balances style and practicality.

A complete high-spec refit with new pipework and electrics, along with the installation of underfloor heating. This kitchen features a grey-green shaker-style design with matching skirting boards throughout, quartz worktops, and a hidden built-in extractor for a sleek appearance. All appliances were replaced, and a stylish central island was installed to enhance both functionality and social space.

A full kitchen refurbishment using a Howdens kitchen. This installation features light grey cabinets paired with black handles and a black extractor fan for a modern contrast. A feature wall of grey glass tiles was created behind the hob to provide a strong focal point. The project included new electrics throughout and all new appliances. Flooring was finished with light grey oak laminate, completing a clean and contemporary look.

A small-scale conversion of the existing garage to create a dedicated gym room. The work included the construction of new internal walls, installation of new flooring, full plastering throughout, and completion of required electrical works to ensure the space is safe and compliant. A new door was installed to fully enclose the area and create a separate, functional room suitable for regular use.

Following the completion of the customer’s downstairs bathroom, part of the existing garage was converted into a new utility room. The works included the construction of new internal walls, full plastering, and the installation of a floating floor with an oak finish. Kitchen units and a worktop were fitted to provide a fully functional and purpose-designed utility space.
